Company History

Owner Lenea Green began her career as a Floral Designer on her dining room table 25+ years ago when her son was a toddler, and is now running two offices that manage over 500 weddings per year.

Growing up, Lenea’s father George was a landscape designer, so she was always surrounded by flowers and greenery which peaked her interest in all things floral. It’s almost like it was her destiny since she was named after a flower!

When her great - great grandmother was born in the family home in Sweden, they were deciding on a middle name for the new baby. The midwife looked outside the window and saw the flower ‘Linnaea’ and said “she is as beautiful as the Linnaea’s!” The name was passed on for generations and now modernized to the spelling ‘Lenea.’ The tradition continues with Lenea’s daughter Julia, whose middle name is Lenea as well - and Julia happens to be our lead floral designer at our Wading River office!

Her love for flowers and desire to work in a creative industry has now made her one of the most trusted Wedding and Event Florists on Long Island. Lenea and her staff get to know each and every couple, creating and executing their floral vision and taking pride in forming long lasting relationships with our couples for years to come.

When is the best time to make my floral consultation appointment?

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! Once you have picked out your dress / wedding day attire, and have a general color scheme or overall vibe in mind, we can get started! Our recommended timeline for your initial consultation would be 9 - 15 months before your big day.

I'm interested in custom wedding invitations / stationery, when should I meet with you?

We recommend you make an appointment with us about 6 - 9 months before your wedding so we can begin the design process. For your convenience, it is possible to book your floral and invitation consultation back to back.

How do I schedule an appointment?

When you are ready to book a consultation appointment for flowers or invitations, simply call the office or email us at kelly@withallmyheartfloral.com

We just signed our floral contract! What’s next?

Congratulations! Now that we have the aesthetic down, we can reconnect 6-8 weeks out from your wedding date to go over the details and make any adjustments.

What do I need to bring to my final appointment?

We will help you schedule your ‘finals’ appointment 6-8 weeks before your wedding. We will ask for your photographers scheduled arrival time / location, for any dress swatches (if applicable), and go over everything in your contract. This is also the perfect time to add any extra details we didn’t cover in your first appointment, such as wedding day stationary, signage, etc.

When do you need my final table / guest count?

Your ‘finals’ appointment will not be the last time we connect before your big day. We will have a final phone call 2 weeks prior to go over final numbers and any timeline changes.

When is my final balance due?

You have up to 30 days prior to your wedding to pay with a credit card. After that, payment is required no later than 14 days before your wedding date and must be in the form of cash or a certified bank check.

I ordered a teardrop. The lady who delivered, called the florist right away to ask and I looked back on the contract and I was wrong. The owner still met me at the venue to fix the bouquet for me! I was and still am extremely appreciative. I know that most florist wouldn’t do that. The flowers lasted all night and are even being preserved!

I cannot say enough good things about With All My Heart. Lenea and Kelly made our vision a reality, and our flowers were beyond perfect. They were accommodating, listened to what we wanted, and offered great suggestions where needed. The price was also far less than some of the other places we went to. My wife and I were married at East Wind, and all our bouquets, centerpieces, and floral arrangements were absolutely perfect.

Lenea is AMAZING! She is the sweetest person to work with. She made my whole vision come true.
