When Laura Krueger and Michelle Donson teamed up with Kleinfeld to launch Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks, the goal was to use their knowledge of hotels to link couples with the best places to stay, negotiate rates to an affordable level, and ultimately make the wedding planning process less stressful. Since the start, they have recruited regional experts in order to better serve couples from all over the United States and the world, who can be easily reached and who can give personalized and honest recommendations. Our goal is to connect you in a timely and organized manner with the hotel that will be the best fit for your guests and provide the highest level of service.

One of the best decisions I made as a bride was working with Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks. I started working with Allyson a little over a year ago for my wedding in May. I loved and appreciated how detailed the information was for each hotel option. The fact that I didn't have to contact any of the hotels myself to inquire was a HUGE plus, all I had to do was sign. A week ago, 2 months before my wedding, the hotel we originally booked with had to cancel our reservation and thank God for Allyson from Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks! She reached out to us, offering help - and options - right away. If it actually wasn't for Allyson, we might not have known our block was cancelled until this week since we didn't hear from the hotel. Allyson helped us reach out to several hotels, scheduling visits, making sure they had what we needed, and within a week we were able to sign a new contract. Our founders Laura Krueger and Michelle Donson are longtime friends and hospitality professionals who have a combined 30 years of experience. Individually, Laura has directed several sales teams, negotiated thousands of contracts, and consistently exceeded national sales goals for such hotel chains as Wyndham, Radisson, and Starwood. Michelle has worked in group sales and banqueting for Marriott, directed several sales teams with InterContinental Hotel Group, Wyndham, and Starwood, earning prestigious awards such as “Salesperson of the Year” twice consecutively for Wyndham Hotel Group’s national sales team. As a team, Laura and Michelle use their passion for hospitality and their industry knowledge to find creative solutions for their clients.

I highly recommend letting Kleinfeld arrange your hotel blocks - we worked with Sara Hess from Kleinfeld who contacted a long list of hotels near our wedding venue and saved us a ton of time - it would've taken us forever to do this ourselves.  She also worked directly with reps from each hotel we chose and helped us interpret some of the contract items.  We're really happy with the results and the time it saved us.
