I’m Jessica! I am the founder of Bridal Rush and our lead bridal hairstylist and educator.
I have had the pleasure of working with brides for over 15 years and I am still as passionate about my job as I was when I first started. I live here on Long Island with my husband and our 3 daughters. Aside from Bridal Rush, I also own a full service hair salon called Bounce, which is nestled in the village of Port Jefferson. I have a team of licensed stylists and artists, who are amazing at what they do and work feels like one big, happy family when we are together!

I started working with brides in my early twenties and quickly realized that I was so passionate about being a part of this very special moment in someone’s life. I am a very patient and calm person and I think that has really helped me to connect really well with my brides.
The Wedding Memories
It’s been a dream to work with so many amazing brides. The moments that stand out the most to me are when the happy tears come from a bride that sees herself for the first time after I finish her hair. There is nothing like that feeling. I live for those moments!

I think what makes our company unique is that we are able to offer a lot to our brides under one brand and we have a large team. It seems to make things very convenient and stress free for our clients.
Company History
I founded the company after I had my first daughter. I wasn’t treated well upon wanting return back to work after my maternity leave. I didn’t like that people in the hair and makeup industry were treated in some aspects. I wanted to create a company where my employees could have more than just a side job. I wanted them to have careers, job security, benefits and place where they can build on their dream job. Right now my dreams from 8 years ago are beyond fulfilled for this company, the next thing we are working on is multiple locations.
FAQs
Our company does not require a minimum to book and we can accommodate parties of over 20 people. I think it’s really reassuring to our brides that they know one bride is just as valuable to us as a party of 15 or more!
Personal Hobbies
Honestly I am so in love with being a mom and wife, decorating my home and building my team. I love mentoring the girls that I work with and helping them to be everything I know they can be. It’s a good example to my girls as I am a mom to 3 girls! It’s so rewarding watching my team build up and accomplish their goals. Knowing that this brand is the platform to make that happen for them, makes all the years of hard work, sleepless nights, while building a small business and having babies...all so worth it!

Bridal Rush is all class and professionalism. Very reliable and will be there early to give you the perfect look. The emailing is just so professional and stress free. The hair lasted all day (and all night till morning..) and I really felt like they took my hair into consideration and customized the look and the amount of product to tame frizz and keep curls intact. The women who came to do my hair were so fun, and made my morning special. The trials were also highly organized and I felt that I got exactly what I wanted.
Can Jess from Bridal Rush be my new best friend? ???? I had my hair trial today and within two minutes of being there, I felt like I’d known her forever. I’ve been following Bridal Rush for years and I now know why everyone raves about her. She was SO sweet and I am so honored to have her do my hair for my wedding day ????
I don’t even know how to sum this review up because Jessica from Bridal Rush is absolutely AMAZING. - I read soooo many reviews and looked at so many pictures on BOLI and almost every hairstyle I could picture myself with, was done by Jessica. Being a trusting person, I never booked a trial because life just got so crazy and I couldn’t find time. When Jess arrived to my house I showed her a hairstyle she just did on another bride and mentioned one thing that I would like a little different. She started working on my hair and then as time passed she showed me a picture on her phone. Not knowing this was my hair.. I was like YES! That is EXACTLY what I want!!! Then I realized… wait, is that me?!!? I started BAWLING. Guys I’m not kidding you when I say, My hair MADE my day. If I ever need my hair styled again, I don’t think I could ever use anyone but her. She also brought Gina, Hannah, and Jenna from her team to work on by mom, MIL, and bridesmaids and all of them looked absolutely stunning. Not only are Jessica and her team talented, but they are all as sweet as can be. I am so thankful to trust my gut and have Bridal Rush be a part of my special day.
BRIDAL RUSH! This team is worth every penny. I bounced around and danced all night long and my hair and makeup looked incredible. I have to shout out Jessica....my mom had originally decided she wanted to do her own hair and was having a panic attack the morning of because it just was not coming out right! I ran to Jessica who was finished styling all of us already and asked if there was any way she could help my mom out....she without hesitation said absolutely, sat her down in the chair and did not let her get up until she was fully satisfied with the look of her curls! ....no extra charge...this still brings tears to me eyes because it meant so much to me! Do yourself a favor and book with them!
