Introduction

Hi Guys!   

Congratulations on your engagement! How exciting! I am Nicole, Owner and Stylist at Blush and Mane. For as long as I can remember I have LOVED doing hair. I started doing updos and formal styling in highschool for my friends and family. My passion grew from there. From fashion shows and photo shoots all the way to weddings, I have done it all!  I have been in the industry for ever 20 years, doing special events and wedings! Its where my love for the craft really thrives! 

My team and I travel all over Long Island, NYC, Connecticut, New Jersey and Pennslyvania.  We only take ONE wedding per day. We specialize in natural, soft, romantic looks. We want you to look like YOU on the most important day of your life! 

My clients have called me the Human Xanex lol because I am just very calm and easy going in any situation. Sometimes wedding days can be very intense, from Blush & Mane you will have nothing to worry about from the time we first speak to book your services until you are married!

I absolutely love being apart of such a special day for couples. I love hearing how all of the bridal party members know eachother. How the couple met and how they proposed! 

The Wedding Memories

When I sit here and try to think of my favorite memories, I can't just think of one. I have so many from watching a bride walk down the isle to her highschool sweetheart, who I have had the pleasure of doing her hair and makeup for both Jr and Sr prom events that they went to together. To dancing it out with the flower girls, to building friendships and bonds with women who I may have never met if I didnt get a chance to do their hair for their wedding. 

My all time favorite - the famous dad joke "Hey, can you do anything with this?" (Points to bald head) Every time without fail if theres a bald dad around so is that joke. It makes everyone laugh and it is always funny. 

 

Specialization

At Blush & Mane we specialize in making you feel your very best for your wedding. We want you to look and feel like yourself but just a little fancier ;) My team and I could also do a full glammed out look if you wanted to go a little further. Whatever makes you happy and feel amazing is what we will do! 

Company History

Blush & Mane is a hair and makeup company that does in salon or on location weddings as well as in salon regular day to day clients for color, haircuts, keratin treatments (great for the honeymoon!) and more! We have been open since 2018. Although we have been in the industry for 20+ years now. I started out assisting at a local salon near my house while I was in highschool, my passion took off from there! I knew that I wanted my own salon and I did just that! 

I own The Hair Lounge in West Babylon. Its a rental hair salon for independent stylists to work and be creative in a salon environment. That is where I opperate Blush & Mane out of! So when you come in for a trial it will say The Hair Lounge on the building :)

My team is filled with independent stylists who love doing weddings and are amazing at their craft. 

Personal Hobbies

When I am not behind the chair or on location at a wedding or event. I am with my beautiful wife and our son. We love traveling and finding new resturants to try! I love cooking and hosting family and friends at our home. If i wasnt a stylist I would want to be an interior designer or chef.

Nicole is absolutely incredible. She came HIGHLY recommended by someone who used her and after seeing pictures I knew I had to book her for my sister’s wedding.
