Bakuto is a Japanese Izakaya restaurant in the Village of Lindenhurst, NY. Our menus are comprised of traditional Izakaya fare featuring our own personal touch. Each dish is carefully crafted with fresh, local ingredients. Our bar program has been built to pair perfectly with our dishes. We feature a selection of craft cocktails and mocktails, Sake, Shochu, beer, and Japanese Whisky. Guests can expect a complete dining experience from start to finish. From the time you walk in the door, our helpful staff will guide you through our selections to ensure that your time with us is one you won’t forget! We focus on providing each couple with a unique, personalized experience that your guests wont forget.

Traditionally, a Japanese Izakaya restaurant is a casual pub featuring small, shareable plates. Often referred to as a “Japanese drinking restaurant,” an Izakaya is the perfect place to meet friends and loved ones for a delicious meal after a long workday. At Bakuto, we have embraced the Izakaya concept as much as possible. Fans of this style of establishment will be pleased to find traditional Japanese food in Lindenhurst, with menu items such as: Ramen & Udon Noodles Steamed Buns Robatayaki Sake & Japanese Whisky Of course, we needed to add our own flare as well. When you dine in-house, you’ll hear our carefully crafted music playlist comprised of fun rock n’ roll and punk rock from the 1960’s onward.
