The Wedding Industry
Prior to being in the bridal industry I had worked in corporate America straight out of high school and also while finishing my BA in psychology. While climbing the corporate ladder I decided that my creativity was not being utilized so I decided to go to beauty school. After graduating in 2004 from LIBS in Hauppauge I worked in various salons for years doing hair and makeup part time. After years of working both jobs I decided to leave the corporate world and pursued my bridal business. One of the best decisions I have ever made!

I have been so lucky to work with such amazing brides throughout the years that this is a hard one! One bride comes to mind that reached out after her trial thanking me for my service but for also making her feel like a girl for the first time in her life. Something nobody else or even herself was able to do. Things like that are why I do what I do and love being apart of my clients big days!

I specialize in custom blend airbrush and traditional makeup applications and have created a process and combination application that makes my application last day and night and sometimes until the day after wedding brunches!

I had my bridal makeup trial with LisaMarie and loved her work so much! The whole experience was easy and enjoyable. I have rarely liked my makeup as a bridesmaid, but after only a few questions LisaMarie gave me a perfect look - natural and soft makeup like I wanted. I got so many compliments the whole day and the makeup lasted perfectly! I can’t wait to work with her again on my wedding day!
To say that Lisa Marie and her senior assistant Annie were absolutely amazing is an understatement. Lisa is a true professional and also truly believes in love. She was all about making me and my bridesmaids feel beautiful and she did just that. She arrived on time, took her time with each person and listened to exactly what they wanted. The makeup lasted ALL NIGHT and I probably could've slept in it. Although I know there was a lot of makeup on me, it did not feel that way at all! I couldn't thank Lisa and Annie enough! I’m always a nervous wreck choosing someone to dk my makeup and or hair as a cosmetologist myself. i guess you can say i’m picky. Well after my trial with Lisa i was thoroughly impressed with how my makeup turned out. My skin was flawless and beautiful. There were no nerves the day of my wedding she made me my sisters and mom all gorgeous. Fleeky eyebrows and beautiful makeup ?? Now i’m just trying to find an occasion to have her do my makeup again lol.
I am such a pain when it comes to makeup because i normally wear a lot so i was worried about finding someone who could make me look like a glam version of myself with thick eyebrows; accentuated eyes and lots of highlighter. I booked a trial with Lisa Marie and had the most incredible experience! She used all high end products and i felt incredible! I never wanted to take it off! When i first got there she asked me to show her pictures of my regular look and pictures of what i envisioned my wedding look to be like. She was so friendly and easy to talk to! I felt like the hour flew by and i was SO THRILLED with the result. I had never felt that beautiful before. She accentuated my eyes perfectly and listened to everything i mentioned. I also used Lisa Marie's company, Lavish and Luxe INC for my engagement shoot. One of her senior artists, Danielle, did my hair and makeup. She was amazing and had already stalked my instagram page to see how i wear my makeup on a regular basis. So she was prepared when she arrived at my house! I told her what direction i wanted to go in and she got started! She did my makeup first and it was so incredible that i honestly could of taken pictures without even doing my hair! I felt stunning! both my hair and makeup lasted all day! i honestly didnt want to take it off at the end of the night! I cannot wait to use them both for my wedding!
